Rental Operations OPEN For Business!

Vacation Hutchinson Island is open and operating again! Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued Executive Order 20-123 effective May 18, 2020 re-opening the state's restaurants, retail, museums, gyms, and vacation rentals, all with reasonable restrictions for the health safety of both employees and guests. As required by the Executive Order, Martin County submitted and received approval of a local restrictions enhanced safety operating plan specifically for vacation rentals. Water Pointe Realty Group / Vacation Hutchinson Island is fully compliant with the approved plan. Reservations are allowed from travelers in all U.S. states, but International travelers will not be accepted at this time. All reservations will include a link to the Martin County COVID-19 resource page found at the following link: https://www.martin.fl.us/Coronavirus . Our properties will be using a remote check-in procedure when possible, enhanced cleaning protocols in accordance with Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation, and the extra vacancy time between guest arrivals necessary for the enhanced cleaning.
