Minimum rental period of 30 days but prefer 90 days minimum due to application process and limited number of rentals a year.

Windjammer Condo Association requires an application fee of $150 and background check per occupant. Background check is a cost of $90 per person and both will be added to the reservation total. Background check and condo application must be completed and submitted by Water Pointe to the association at least 14 days before requested move in date.
