The Riverbend Community at the Indian River Plantation Resort consists of five 4-story buildings located on either the Indian River Lagoon or the Resort golf course and lakes.

Riverbend is a cul-de-sac community with a centrally a located heated swimming pool and covered BBQ grilling area. There are five spacious floor plans to choose from. Access to the rentals is via building elevator to the individual floors and open air walkways to the residence entry. A select few properties feature private one car garages. Parking is assigned. Beach access is provided across two private Resort dune crossings.
