Two of the current business owners of Water Pointe Realty Group launched our original rental services team on Hutchinson Island in 1985, and we have operated continuously from our island office for nearly four decades evolving into one of the largest real estate firms on the Treasure Coast. Today, Vacation Hutchinson Island, a division of Water Pointe Realty Group, is a team of dedicated rental professionals that work exclusively with local property owners that want to rent their homes, and prospective guests seeking a vacation target that offers more space and adventure than a cramped hotel room. We specialize in vacation experiences and vacation rentals are our only business.

Sue is a licensed Realtor with a lengthy and successful career in sales and residential rental operations in both New Jersey and Florida. Sue is the Vacation Hutchinson Island Team leader and has demonstrated success in all facets of property management operations, especially working with guests to select the best rental property for their Florida vacation.

Lily Thom

Rental Agent

Lily is an experienced vacation rental specialist who has successfully owned and managed residential vacation property within our market area. With a bachelor’s degree in business communication, Lily is exceptionally skilled at social media marketing of vacation rental properties and is a primary interface with our guests’ making reservations through our affiliate partners like Airbnb and VRBO.

Denise Lee

Rental Services Operations Manager

Denise is our financial resource for all guest rental deposits, billing, contract management, bookkeeping, and tax reporting matters relating to your vacation rental visit. Denise has extensive experience in business operations roles, having previously served as assistant store manager for two national retail chain bookstores.

Steve is a valued member of the WPRG rental services group providing on-site maintenance and diagnostic repair resources to the VHI team, assuring our guests rapid assistance in resolving any unforeseen repairs that may arise during your vacation rental visit.
