Oceana South, built in 1982, is an oceanfront condominium that shares its upscale recreational facilities with its sister property building, Island Crest. Registered vacation rental guests may enjoy two heated pools, two spas/hot tubs, and a fully equipped fitness center . Outdoor lovers can take advantage of lighted tennis courts, bocce ball, pickleball, and shuffleboard. Indoors, there’s a spacious clubhouse with a social room and fully functional kitchen, plus a game room with billiards, pingpong, and other activities. Direct access to the beach is available via a dune walkover, and outdoor amenities include barbecue grills, picnic areas, and a pavilion. The property is gated with onsite management, secured lobby, elevators, open and guest parking, and dedicated bike storage as well
