Looking for a 3-bedroom wide waterfront vacation rental in a more urban environment with lots of lifestyle amenities and local activities available nearby? This residence is for you! The property is a 2nd floor corner location with a wrap-around balcony overlooking the large Harborage Marina and the Indian River beyond. The main bedroom has a waterfront view with balcony overlooking the water, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms share a separate guest bathroom allowing plenty of room for up to 6 guests. The bedding in one of the guest bedrooms is a double pull-out couch, and during the day it acts a a furnished den or TV room. The Harborage community allows guest access to the club member riverfront swimming pool, snack bar, and fitness center, and there is a popular waterfront full service restaurant a short walk from the building. This vacation spot will likely make you a repeat visitor, as it provides the perfect mix of relaxation and recreation and the close in-town availability of restaurants, lounges, botique retail shops, and historic Stuart buildings and landmarks. Pet allowed with approval. $500.00 non-refundable pet fee.
Harborage Condo Association requires a background check per each occupant over the age of 18. Background check is a cost of $90 per person that will be added to the reservation total. Background check and condo application must be completed and submitted by Water Pointe to the association at least 10 days before move in. A copy of Vehicle Registration and Driver's License must be submitted to Water Pointe with completed application. Once booked, these documents will be sent to tenant to complete.
Harborage has one assigned parking spot. Guest parking is very limited.

We have used Vacation Hutchinson island before and have had a very smooth process! Easy access into the rental and if I had any questions someone was available to answer my questions.
This was a lovely rental. 3 bedroom (one bedroom is set up with a sofa bed, which my guests said was comfortable, two bath, kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable with bedding, including extra blankets. Several towels, including beach towels and beach chairs. The patio was the best, seating for 4, plus a high top with two chairs, very spacious and an electric grill. The view is priceless.
The patio with an amazing view with a couple of palm trees that help shade the sun first thing in the morning as you enjoy your coffee. It also has wonderful ambient lighting on the patio. Spent many evenings on the patio enjoying the view of the boats and downtown Stuart.
